8:00 am – Morning snack & sign-in for tennis players or pickleball players
8:30 am – Women’s tennis or pickleball doubles round-robin with partners
10:30 am – Boutique shopping, Silent Auction at Las Posas Country Club
12:45 pm – Luncheon and Live Auction (Luncheon at tables of 8-10)**
2:30 pm – Luncheon concludes

Event highlight: Boutique shopping from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm. Registration includes one table OR space for one rack. Additional tables or rack spaces are available. Boutique will be open to the public at no cost.

You may access the Vendor Application via the link below. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis, subject to Meadowlark Service League approval. Complete the attached application and send it to our Vendor Chair listed below. No payment until the application is approved by the Vendor Chair. The Vendor Chair will contact you regarding your request to be a boutique vendor for this event and to confirm payment.

Charity Luncheon & Tennis/Pickleball Tournament Sponsorship
MSL is seeking to partner with local businesses/corporations and individuals to help meet the needs of our local community. Take advantage of advertising, participation and community recognition opportunities while enabling us to continue our primary mission of supporting worthy community charities in the Ventura County area. Through sponsorship you will gain publicity and recognition of your business/name among the participants of our three fundraising events. In addition, you will receive a wide variety of benefits as outlined in the Sponsor Brochure available through the “Learn More” button below.
NEW IN 2025 – WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PREMIER SPONSORSHIP, ALL GUESTS WILL REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE, INDIVIDUALLY.
Premier Sponsor – $3,000 (Limit One) – All-inclusive, 8 Participants in the luncheon or tennis/pickleball tournament and luncheon. Recognition in event publicity and media ads as Premier Sponsor. Distinctively decorated table for 8 at luncheon with champagne service and specialty dessert. Full-page ad and acknowledgment in event program and sponsor-provided banner displayed at luncheon site.
Queen’s Court Sponsor – $1,200 (Limit 2) – Private court for 8 at either Las Posas Country Club or Spanish Hills Club with your own table of mimosas and breakfast snacks.
Distinctive reserved table for 8 at the luncheon, including champagne service and specialty dessert. Recognition in event program. All guests are to register and pay individually online for lunch and tennis/pickleball. (Additional participants/seats up to 10 available for $125 ea.)
Champagne Table Sponsor – $1,000 – Distinctive reserved table for 8 at luncheon with champagne service and specialty dessert. Acknowledgement in event program. All guests are to register and pay individually online for lunch and tennis/pickleball. (Additional participants/seats up to 10 available for $125 ea.)
Table Sponsor – $500 – Reserved table for 8. Guests register individually and the hostess will be contacted for their names. (If a 9th or 10th seat is needed, an additional $75 per seat is added to the $500 reservation fee.)
Gift Item Sponsor – $500 (limit 4)
Advertising Sponsor (half page) – $275
Advertising Sponsor (business card) – $150
Note: *Premier Sponsorship fees include registration of 8 attendees. Guests at that specific table do not register separately. The Sponsor shall complete the information required for each guest prior to completing registration.
** Merchant fees are added to the price of the registration fees identified above unless paying by check.
Reserved seating is only available through sponsorship. Sponsorship levels that include a reserved table for minimum of 8 guests must register all guests at their table when they register for their sponsorship. Guests at your table Do Not Register separately/individually. The Sponsor must collect registration information for all of their guests before registering and submit when registering online.
