Soft Tiffany blue walls complement the recently totally renovated Contemporary décor. The living room has been transformed into a music room complete with piano and guitars.  Even the piano is decorated for the holidays!  This charming yet sophisticated home offers a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Valley. You’ll definitely want to see it “dressed for the holidays”.

Hilltop Santa Rosa Haven
Enter into a world of charm and wonder (kind of corny), as you discover a Tuscan beauty with European charm sitting atop a ridge between the Santa Rosa Valley and Moorpark. With its breathtaking view overlooking the mountains and the Santa Rosa Valley, this home is ideal for family living and entertaining. Custom mahogany ceiling, plaster walls and surprise spaces demonstrate the talent of the architect, Marc Lemoine, AIA, NCARB.  Note the extensive use of stone in custom carved columns, a stone wine cellar and beautiful stone fireplaces.  Explore the substantial library, ice cream parlor, home theatre with a Christmas movie playing and anItalian loggia with a view of the infinity swimming pool. Visit the master retreat featuring a fireplace and the parlor with a grand piano.  This home is filled with holiday magic and whimsy to delight the heart and spirit of any child this holiday season.

Spanish Hills “Taste of Creole”
Take a holiday vacation to the French Quarter and Garden District of New Orleans without leaving the comforts of Spanish Hills.  Explore this beautiful home influenced by the homeowners’ love for the French Creole style.  Overlooking the golf course in Spanish Hills, this exquisite home will impress its guests with its large open space and fantastic views.  Experience the charm of New Orleans in the iron staircase, lush gardens and breathtaking swimming pool.  The voluminous wall of art epitomizes the color and warmth found throughout this home.

Tranquil Las Posas Hills Retreat
Experience the warmth of the holidays in the comfort of this tranquil Las Posas Hills retreat where California Classic meets Modern. Beautiful high-beamed ceilings, unique architectural angles, and free-flowing design invite and captivate guests. The private one-acre backyard blends with the natural habitat surrounding the property, offering an expansive view to lure you to stay and unwind. The home features a grand flagstone fireplace, 4 individual bedroom suites and a delightful chef’s kitchen perfect for the owner’s expert culinary skills. A newly-renovated master bedroom suite is sleek and light, featuring floating cabinetry and stainless hammered vessel sinks as well as a special place for the lady of the house with a beautiful vanity and armoire. This spacious home is filled with the spirit of the holidays evoking seasonal joy and splendor.
